DEAR COLLEAGUES AND MEMBERS OF THE AFRICAN NEONATAL ASSOCIATION,

We are delighted to welcome you to Rwanda for this year’ for our first Scientific Conference. This is also our election year, and in line with our constitution, we will be voting for the following office bearers:
1. President of the Association
2. Vice President (Francophone)
3. Secretary General
4. Treasurer
5. Chair of Advocacy and Collaboration
6. Chair of the Education Committee
7. Chair of the Research Committee
The elected team will serve for the next two years.
We kindly invite you to submit nominations for these positions. Please note: the current Vice-Président, and the Chair of the Education Committee have each serve for one term and may be nominated for the same post, however the other posts completed two terms and are therefore not eligible to contest the same posts, but may be nominated for other roles.
For EXCO positions (President, Vice President, Secretary General, and Treasurer), nominees must be neonatologists practicing in Africa who have previously served on the Executive Committee or within one of the working groups.
The nomination link is provided below and will remain open for the next 72 hours. Thereafter, the Electoral Committee will take over and guide us through the voting process on Friday, 22nd August.
